SandPoint Times is run by a group of citizens in Houston County, MN who are concerned about large scale industrialization of frac sand mining in southeastern Minnesota. The projects were predominantly focused on the development of informational materials and event announcements for the purposes of educating the public on the dangers of frac sand mining.
