The Blue Nile Restaurant & Lounge in Minneapolis’s Seward neighborhood has long been a staple of Ethiopian cuisine and live world music, as well as an iconic dining scene. The project was to develop a Valentine’s Day “Menu for Two” and an accompanying event flyer highlighting the evening’s live music.
